Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Handle and record

daily sales transactions

from retail outlets and reconcile cash, card, and bank payments. Perform

accounts payable (AP)

and

accounts receivable (AR)

functions -- including invoice preparation, payment processing, and customer billing. Assist in preparing

monthly financial reports, account reconciliation, and cash flow statements.

Maintain accurate and organized accounting records, vouchers, and documentation. Monitor inventory and stock movement records for accounting accuracy. Prepare and handle

petty cash, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation.

Communicate with suppliers, customers, and management in Chinese and English. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and tax-related documents.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum

1-2 years of accounting experience

.

Must be able to read, write, and communicate in Chinese (Mandarin)

due to frequent communication with China-based owner and suppliers. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Positive working attitude and team spirit.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per week

Expected hours: No more than 4 per week

Work Location: In person
