Job Description

Job Responsibility:



Manage and reconcile accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliation on monthly basis. Manage fixed assets with the Cloud software (BUKKU). Handling daily operation and understand the whole process of the business. Verify and process all invoices Act as the main point of contact to suppliers/ vendors regarding payment or any other enquiries. Receive, verify and reimburse all employees claims and manage petty cash flow. Responsible for journal slips entry in in-house accounting system Monitor and update payment status. Assist with internal/ external audits if needed. Interface/coordination with management and various department in relevant matter. Undertake ad hoc tasks that are assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:



SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent. Possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Attribute require: independents, team player, good attitude and detail-oriented and fast learning. Skills require: knowledgeable with accounting software. Computer Literate: Microsoft Excel. This position will be based at our HQ in Sunway Mentari, Petaling Jaya.
