Accounts Assistant
Work within a team to handle daily accounting tasks and month-end closing activities, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries
Responsible for daily accounting operations and ensuring compliance with the company policies and statutory requirements.
Responsible for monitoring the full cycle for payment processing in order to ensure that timelines and quality.
Responsible in monitoring of account receivables and follow up payment to ensure all payments are received . Managing overdue payments
Prepare AR reports and any relevant reports, dashboards, and insights for management decision-making
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretarial and other external parties.
To ensure proper filing of accounting documents.
Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports and functions as and when assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Post Graduate / Diploma in Accountancy or Finance;
Possess a good attitude and is motivated;
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Detailed, well organized, meticulous and proficient in MS Excel & Office
Candidate must have Accountancy experiences
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar with accounting software : SQL OR any other accounting software knowledge will be added advantage

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
