• To perform daily accounting operations and data entry updating accounting records on timely basis.
• Reconciles the department\'s accounting activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
• To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filling to support all accounting entries.
• To prepare month-end reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts, expenses and development expenditure.
• To assist and support in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
• Keep track /calculation of pay periods, wages, salaries, overtime, sick days and vacation days of employees
• Liaise with the HR department to ensure accurate information for payment
• Perform any other duties as assigned

; Requirements: - Job Requirement: -

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/LCCI
• Fresh graduates with good knowledge of accounting are welcome to apply
• Preferably candidate with exposure to Autocount or similar type of Accounting software and UBS Payroll
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• Be persistent, well organised and able to work under pressure
• 5.5 alternate working days is required. Saturday 8:15am \xe2\x80\x93 12:15pm
• Working location: Juru, Penang
