1. Timely and accurately update weekly AR collection into Accounting system
2. Timely generate monthly billing to customer and analyse vendor cost
3. Reconciled bank, AR & AP
4. Update audit & tax schedule
5. Prepare monthly vendor payment
6. Organize billing data and liaise with respective HOD on any billing issue
7. Assist the Accounts Executive on any daily accounting works.
8. Ensure proper filing
9. Assist in statutory compliance for audit, tax, SSM & SST filing
10. Assist in any ad-hoc assignment

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
