Handle full set of accounts, month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, statutory and tax requirements.
Prepare and review payment vouchers, journal vouchers and bank reconciliations.
Perform credit control, monitor collections maintain accurate aging reports.
Liaise with front counter for invoicing, receipts and billings.
Act as System Administrator for the accounting system and Hospital Information System (HIS) including user access, data accuracy, troubleshooting and end-user support.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or professional qualification (ACCA /CPA) or equivalent.
(For Executive role) Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting/audit with strong knowledge of tax and accounting standards.
Fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems.
High integrity in handling confidential data.
Dynamic, proactive and able to work independently.
Strong analytical skill and problem solving skills.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in system administration or ERP/HIS systems is an advantage.
Able to start immediately or short notice is preferred.
