Job Description

Responsibilities:



Accounts:

Enter financial transactions into the accounting software. Maintain and update accounting records and files. Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records. Reconcile discrepancies in accounts and provide detailed reports. Prepare and issue invoices to each clinics Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices for clinics and suppliers Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Process accounts payable and receivable. Monitor company expenses and prepare expense reports. Provide clerical support to the Accountant Assist with payroll processing Assist with tax filings and other regulatory requirements
Admin

Manage Nurse's Monthly Working Schedule and Duty Rosters Manage tracking of social media performance from Nurses Manage and handle clinic inventory Ensure Nurses follow all dental infection control protocols.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
