\xe2\x80\xa2 to key in all matters pertaining staff payroll in payroll system. \xe2\x80\xa2 well verse in payroll matter. \xe2\x80\xa2able to handle and deal with department involved such as KWSP, PERKESO, state zakat office, banks and others. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in general accounting duties such as preparing payment vouchers and filing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing transactions, issuing cheques and online payment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for accounts transactions and ensuring proper filling. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responding to routine requests for assistance and information. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform any other assignment that may be allotted from time to time Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in payroll and accounts field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work under tight deadline, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paces environment and independently with minimum supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Serious commitment to responsibilities with the ability to work under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer Literate and Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve.
