Job Responsibilities

Accounting Duties:



Handle daily accounting entries, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation. Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and tax-related documents. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure all data is updated and organized. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures. Liaise with external auditors or accountants as required.

Administrative Duties:



Manage office documentation, filing systems, and data entry. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails. Maintain office supplies and inventory. Coordinate and support meetings, schedules, and other administrative tasks. Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements :

Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles would be an added advantage. Multi-tasking, resourceful, and able to work independently. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Ability to manage large workloads, and meet tight deadlines. Highly integrity and excellent work ethic, with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline. Proficiency in accounting software like SQL and UBS is added advantage. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
