  • Perform daily clerical and administrative functions to support management
  • Handle full set of accounts and able to develop financial projection.(Autocount, UBS & XCount Accounting)
  • Process all relevant accounting entries in respect of payment, receipt, invoicing, accrual and journal entries.
  • Prepare management accounts and relevant schedule on monthly basis.
  • Liaising with Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretaries and Financial Institutions
  • Assist in payroll and administrative
  • Support and training customer on, how to use accounting system.
  • Other ad-hoc assignment as required.

Required skill(s) :
  • MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint .
  • To perform ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time.
  • At least 2 year working experience.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Resourceful with good planning and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Handle customer property, friendly and communicative, and extra mile to engage with customer
  • Follow up to ensure resolution to customer
  • Knowledgeable in keeping records , filing and processes of accounts.
  • Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business or equivalent
