Responsibilities & Authorities \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheques). \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification & follow up. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping. \xe2\x80\xa2 General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling of general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying to management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and update documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 year of working experience in the related field will be preferred for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently with minimal supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skill(s): Basic Computer Knowledge, Familiar with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working location at Jalan SS 4C/5, Taman Rasa Sayang, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
