Job Description

Job Scope / Responsibilities:



Assist with basic accounting tasks such as preparing invoices, receipts, and simple data entry. Support in maintaining proper filing of accounting documents and records. Help to check and update payment status with suppliers and clients. Provide simple administrative support related to accounting (e.g., photocopying, scanning, organizing files). Assist the accounts team in preparing reports or summaries when required. Carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management or supervisor.

Requirements:



Fresh graduates or candidates without related experience are welcome (training will be provided). Interest in learning accounting and administrative work. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word); knowledge of AUTOCOUNT is an advantage but not required. Good attitude, willing to learn, and able to follow guidance. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
