To prepare service charges and sinking fund invoices;
To collect payment from the owners/residents and issue payment receipts
To collect deposits from owners/residents and refund to them when the renovation completed.;
To prepare payment vouchers for service providers, contractors and etc;
To attend owners/residents complaints with regards to the payment, statement of account and to answer all inquiry professionally and tactfully;
To chase for overdue payment from owners/residents and do the debt recovery process;
To assist in preparing Debtor Aging, Bank Reconciliation.
Able to handle basic accounting matters.
Requirements :-
Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Business Admin or any related discipline;
More than a year working experience in Accounting;
Must able to do partially accounts for AP & AR
Fluent in English and Malay.
