Job Description

Job Responsibilities;
To assist in basic accounting activities
To assist in general administration duties
Basic accounting knowledge and experience in handling management accounts is an added knowledge
Organize and maintain proper office filing and record system
To perform general office administrative duties and prepare related monthly reports
Candidate possesses a good attitude, meticulous, details oriented, and analytical skills
Data Entry and Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Candidates with exposure to secretarial work are encouraged to apply
Working Hour 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)

Job Requirements;
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Auto-count system will be added advantage
Familiar with Microsoft Office and any accounting software
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Multilingual skills in speaking and writing.
Self-motivated, pleasant personality & able to work independently.
Minimum 2 years of related experience is preferred
