  • Minimum SPM/ Diploma / Bachelor's degree Business Administration/HR, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years' experience in HR/Admin/Account
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English, BM and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication, organisational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Tanggungjawab
  • Checking monthly staff claims, OT claim & staff replacement leave.
  • Plan and coordinate employee training programs and team building activities.
  • Manage job recruitment and responsible in hiring process including arrange interviews.
  • Compile & update employee's personal detail, organization charts and monitor staff attendant & staff leave record.
  • Handle correspondence: distribute emails/WhatsApp/phone calls for both internal and external communication, managing calendars, correspondence memos & letters & arrange courier/delivery services.
  • Provide general support to incoming call and visitors: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. (preparing drink/coffee)
  • Ensure company working environment clean & safe - monitoring office cleaners & office maintenance services including fire extinguishers, first aid, photocopiers & air-conditioner.
  • Managing, control & maintain office supplies and equipment, assist to restock stationery, pantry, grocery and office equipments.
  • Manage and maintain office related documentation, records, and filling systems.
  • Accounting tasks: prepare Sale Invoice & DO and issue PO to suppliers, data entry accounting report, follow up supplier delivery and book-keeping inventory record.
  • Support sales & project team: assist to fill in credit application form/tendering project/vendor registration documents.
  • Assist in monitoring and update ISO related documentation and ensure proper documentation for audits, compliance with ISO requirements.
  • Assist for collection customer cheque/ bank documents and collect/delivery stock from/to suppliers/customers.
  • Any other ad-hoc task/duties/report assigned by superior & other business unit (BU).
