Job Description


  • At least must have a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/LCCI/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Possess 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge to prepare full sets accounts will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, initiative and demonstrate ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Responsibilities

Accounts
  • Responsible for general accounting functions
  • Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets
  • Prepare and submit monthly consolidated Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statements.
  • Liaison with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, etc
  • Plan, organize and administer accounting systems (including preparing payments, invoices and billing)
  • Maintain daily bank reconciliation
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing
  • Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Management
Human Resources
  • Prepare payroll computation such as salary (including EPS, SOCSO, EIS), overtime, allowance and benefit plans.
  • Responsible for administrative duties
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Management
