Job Description


  • Preferred Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Accounting - Auto Count & Million Payroll. Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
  • Assist both daily accounting, payroll and HR administration operations and transactions.
  • Assist in Handling the full set of accounts including monthly account closing, tax computation and preparation of financial report.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation, cash flow statement, debtor and creditor aging report.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and other regulatory requirements.
  • assist in Handling HR matters such as monitoring staff attendance, leave administration, payrolls and claims expenses. Assist & manage for foreign worker application.
  • Assist for payroll calculation and processing in compliance with company policies, legal and statutory requirements.
  • Submission of statutory payment, EPC, SOSCO, EIS, PCB, HRDF and tax payment
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,850.00 - RM2,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
