\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the finance team, using accounting models to estimate and monitor cost of services rendered by company; \xe2\x80\xa2 Compare operations budget against actual spend to monitor cost \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide variance analysis comparing budget with actuals cost of multiple jobs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all cost is correctly charged to the respective jobs \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all manpower cost have been charged to the job \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and distribute regular cost reports for decisions making and planning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare cost projections for long term jobs \xe2\x80\xa2 Review, code, and track invoices, claims to ensure accuracy and proper cost allocation to the job order. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update the cost tracker from multiple sources to prepare cost projections \xe2\x80\xa2 Review costs billed to the job and follow-up with the stakeholders when discrepancies arise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare reports to update stakeholders on cost status of jobs being rendered. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate budgets and accurate reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad hoc tasks
