Assist the finance team, using accounting models to estimate and monitor cost of services rendered by company; Compare operations budget against actual spend to monitor cost Provide variance analysis comparing budget with actuals cost of multiple jobs. Ensure that all cost is correctly charged to the respective jobs Ensure that all manpower cost have been charged to the job Prepare and distribute regular cost reports for decisions making and planning. Prepare cost projections for long term jobs Review, code, and track invoices, claims to ensure accuracy and proper cost allocation to the job order. Update the cost tracker from multiple sources to prepare cost projections Review costs billed to the job and follow-up with the stakeholders when discrepancies arise. Prepare reports to update stakeholders on cost status of jobs being rendered. Generate budgets and accurate reports Any other ad hoc tasks
