Accounts Executive

Job Description
:
- Prepare payment to suppliers promptly, reconcile creditors statements with accounts ledger according to schedule and solve disputed invoices to facilitate good working relationship with suppliers (AP & AR).
- Apply and secure credit facilities from suppliers to improve cash flow.
- Assist in the timely closing of books by ensuring all journals under his/her responsibility are captured in the books promptly.
- Accounts receivable collection updates and liaise with clients on collection.
- Manage and prepare weekly cash flow reporting and operation reports.
- Reconciliation of the intercompany accounts, bank reconciliation.
- Responsible for month end & year end closing and reporting
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when require.
- Candidate must possess at least Graduate in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- IT literate, MS Excel and Word level - Intermediate to Advance
- Familiar with UBS Accounting System.
- Good problem solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be given.
