Record trade payables transaction into Auto -Count Accounting System
Prepare payment voucher
Prepare bank online payment transaction
Update general ledger for trade payable transaction
Review statement of trade creditors and prepare reconciliation statement
Maintain trade payables records for file management
Job Requirement:
Age below 35 years old
Diploma/Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 1 year
of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
Experience with accounting software - SQL/Autocount
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus)
Strong understanding of AP processes and accounting fundamentals
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to write and speak English clearly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
