The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic

Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivable - AR) - Fresh Grad

In this role you will be responsible for:

AR: To prepare the month ageing report, bad debts provision and DSO / AP. To process vendor invoices, communicate with Interco parties

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:


Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in related field Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent At least 1 to 2 years' experience in AR

Excellent spoken and written English & Mandarin

Good IT knowledge with advance excel skills will be an added advantage Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently, meticulous, analytical and able to work under tight deadline

Highly Desirable:


Excellent attention to detail Ability to do multitasking job Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English, Mandarin and Korean / Thai able to converse in decent clear communication
