The business has now expanded across all SEA and Oceania, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Japan and Dubai. Our company is a manufacturer of daily and cosmetic products. We manufacture over 1,000 daily households under 12 categories. Our products include Walch*German technology laundry detergent, wet wipes, sanitizer, Japan technology 3-1 pods/capsules (KA, ArFum & Fresh HY). As an Account Executive in the team, you will need to perform the day-to-day activities for accounts receivable processing and associated tasks in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate is an independent and well-organized individual who possess strong accounting and finance background. This person should be comfortable with multitasking and have a high level of attention to detail. Job & Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare, post, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle day to day accounts operations and month end closing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage accounts receivables and collections \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing sales invoices, return note and sales credit note. \xe2\x80\xa2 Matching PO, DO and invoices documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling offline and online sales & expenses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reconcile monthly inventory, 3rd party logistics reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate monthly reports for management. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess at least a min. Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business field. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2-year of relevant AR work experience in the FMCG accounting field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Auto Count and Excel is essential. \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive attitude, detail-oriented and possess interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 High level of accuracy, integrity, commitment, and sense of urgency
