JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, billing, collections, bank reconciliations, and debtors' aging.
Ensure compliance with statutory, audit, and tax requirements by liaising with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
Implement and maintain internal controls, SOP compliance, and proper documentation for all financial activities.
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for business operations.
Review and verify payment transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Provide financial insights and support to management for budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions.
Support internal and external audits, preparing required schedules and resolving queries promptly.
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency within the finance department.
(For Senior Level) Supervise and guide junior finance team members to ensure accurate reporting and continuous development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, LCCI or related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or CIMA) are preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
