Accounts (Billing) Executive

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

accounts receivable and payable

transactions. Prepare and issue

invoices, receipts, and billing statements

to customers.

Manage and collect customer payments, including monitoring and following up on outstanding accounts.

Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and expense claims. Assist in monthly account closing and financial reporting. Maintain accurate financial records and proper filing of documents. Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers on billing/payment matters. Support the Finance/HR team in administrative tasks when required.

Willing to work at the receptionist/front desk

to greet walk-in customers and manage calls when needed.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work from Monday - Saturday.
