- Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 8.30am-6.15pm

They are currently seeking for a passionate Accounts Executive to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with the finance team in day-to-day management of company\'s financial transactions and procedures. __
** Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts transaction in either bookkeeping, partial or full set of account preparation
- Filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
- Manage sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring book-keeping is up-to-date
- Arrange and manage payments in a timely manner by utilizing the payment terms
- Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template
- Supporting management and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
- Develop and maintain proper computerised and manual filing system
- Handling general administrative duties and any other ad-hoc assignments given by management
** Additional Information/ Requirement:
- Possess at least 1 years of relevant working experience
- Fresh Grads are welcome to apply too
- Possession of LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or any equivalent
- Familiar with billing and handling AP/AR/GL (including Bank Reconciliation, Journals and audit schedules)
- Analytical and detailed oriented
