Job Description

:

Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze financial data from various departments and business units. Ensure all journal entries and month-end close activities are completed accurately and on time. Perform variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, explaining significant deviations. Perform monthly reconciliation of bank statements with company financial records. Identify and investigate discrepancies, variances, or unusual transactions, and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and maintain audit schedules, documentation, and reconciliations to support external and internal audits. Liaise with external auditors, respond to audit queries, and ensure timely resolution of audit issues. Ensure internal controls and accounting procedures comply with corporate policies and regulations. Assist in implementing recommendations from audit findings. Prepare and file quarterly, and annual tax returns (SST & income tax). Maintain accurate tax records and ensure proper tax treatment of financial transactions. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company. Coordinate with tax consultants or advisors on complex tax issues or audits.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in accounting or business related qualification.

Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Mature candidate with high initiative, possess positive attitude and self-motivated team player. Proficient in MS Words, Excel & power Point and accounting software.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
