Job Description


Job Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible to handle full set accounts and liaise with external auditor and tax agents.
  • To close and finalize the management accounts for 5 companies as well as update the cash flow forecast & weekly report to the Corporate Head Office.
  • To prepare the related parties\' transactions and payment processing.
  • To liaise with external auditor and provide documents for the yearly audit process.
  • To assist in preparing the draft financial statement and preparing the company\'s annual budget.
  • To ensure timely submission of tax returns and tax estimation to IRB by the tax agents.
  • Performa any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the superior.
Job Requirements:-
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting related field and candidates with experience in Property Investment industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel.
  • Analytical, proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Full-time position is available to be based at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee, KL.
