Accounts Executive (full Set Account)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Full Set of Accounts:



Prepare Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and General Ledger.

Handle adjustment journals and prepare monthly & annual closing accounts.

Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP & AR):



Verify invoices, process supplier payments, and manage customer collections.

Perform bank reconciliation and supplier statement reconciliation.

Financial Reporting:



Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.

Conduct cost analysis and monitor cash flow.

Taxation & Audit:



Prepare documents for internal and external audits.

Handle SST submission, e-filing, and other tax-related matters.

Management Support:



Provide basic financial insights to support decision-making.

Monitor company budget and control expenses.

Accounting System:



Maintain records using accounting software.

Requirements



Degree/Diploma in Accounting or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience handling full set accounts.

Proficient in accounting software & Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of taxation and audit processes.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently and in a team.
