Job Responsibilities

- Manage the

full set of accounts

, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and

bank reconciliations

.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Liaise with auditors for year-end audits and tax filings.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other departments.
- Ad-hoc task from management.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in

full-set accounting

or financial management.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Strong experience with accounting software (Autocount preferred).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external interactions.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
