Job Description

Administrative Support:

Manage office operations, including organizing files, records, and company documentation. Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and reminders for boss. Maintain and update internal databases and inventory records. Preparing Staff & Workers salary & wages. Preparing and sending invoices to clients.

Accounting Support:

Handle day-to-day financial tasks such as data entry, payments, and bookkeeping. Track and reconcile bank statement, invoices, and payments. Assist in preparing financial reports and working closely with external accountants when necessary. Monitor expenses & cash book flow. Arrange daily outgoing & In coming transactions by cheques / online banking.

General Support:

Prepare reports, memos, and documents as needed by management. Provide administrative support to the team in other areas, including special projects.

REQUIREMENTS

:- Minimum SPM. Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent is preferable.o Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excelo Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayuo Familiar in accounting systems will be an added advantageo Independent, analytical and have a positive working attitudeo A good team player, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
