Job Summary:

Accountant's Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our accounting functions, with a focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, foreign exchange operations, and cash flow optimization

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage accounts receivable to ensure fast collection of payments and optimize cash flow inflows. Identify and resolve any issues related to overdue accounts promptly. Oversee accounts payable processes to ensure payments are made efficiently while improving cash flow management. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements in payables. Manage multi-currency transactions (USD, DIRHAM, EURO), ensuring accurate foreign exchange processes, minimizing currency risk, and optimizing conversions for the company. Regularly review existing accounting processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. This includes streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and developing best practices. Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements and reports. Ensure that accounts receivable and payable are recorded precisely, ensuring alignment with international accounting standards. Collaborate with senior management to forecast cash flow needs and develop strategies to ensure optimal liquidity. Provide insights on financial health and recommend actions to improve cash flow. Design and enforce strict internal controls around cash flow, receivables, and payables to ensure financial integrity and compliance with regulations. Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of the accounting function and making key decisions to ensure the company's financial processes are running at their best. Collaborate with external auditors, providing accurate documentation and ensuring all accounting processes are fully compliant and transparent.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an export-based company. Proven track record in managing accounts receivable and payable processes, with a strong focus on improving cash flow and accelerating payments. Experience working with multi-currency transactions (USD, DIRHAM, EURO) and foreign exchange (FX) operations. Expertise in AUTOCOUNT accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Highly detail-oriented and perfectionistic, with a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions and reports. A proactive mindset, with a strong desire to independently identify and implement process improvements. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify areas for efficiency improvements in accounting processes. Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounting functions without needing constant supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong problem-solving ability, especially when it comes to addressing discrepancies in accounts and improving financial operations.
