Location : KajangSalary : RM 4,000 - 4,500job descriptionWe are looking for a motivated Accounts Executive. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as part of a team to maintain and enhance the Company competence capabilities accounting, audit and financial control activities.Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day financial transaction of the company with the aid of accounting software.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare financial statements and reports within the deadline set.
• Prepare and process journal entries and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including tendering, operations, and HR, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors, to resolve issues and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Proper work documentation and database.
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma or professional qualification in Accounting
• At least 4-5 years of working experience in managing full set account
• Sufficient knowledge of accounting principles and practice.
• Proficient in accounting SQL software and Microsoft Office
• Good communications and reporting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Demonstrates a strong sense of initiative with the ability with the ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated and possess strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
