Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle a full set of account reports, including financial and management reports, as well as accounts receivable. Perform day-to-day finance and accounting operations. Maintain and organize accounting records, documentation, and filing. Prepare monthly management reports, statutory financial reports, and other ad hoc reports. Independently manage cash flow and liaise with bankers on financial matters. Ensure compliance with proper accounting policies and internal control procedures. Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and integrity of all financial data. Prepare annual tax submissions, estimations, and other tax-related matters. Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on all audit, tax, and statutory requirements. Process vendor payments and manage online banking transactions. Perform account and bank reconciliations. Assist in the preparation and coordination of the audit process. Carry out any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance. Proficiency in financial software such as Microsoft Excel and Autocount is added advantage Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
