• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in accounts or related field
• Has at least 2-3 years experience in accounting, finance or related
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to operate accounting software (SQL)
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (whatsapp, email)
• Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offers intuitive solutions and ideas.

ResponsibilitiesAccounts Executive is responsible for assisting in the financial operations of the company and ensuring the financial information is accurate, reliable, and compliant with relevant law and regulations.Tasks include -

• Maintain systematic financial records
• Cross-checking P&L for job shipments
• Maintain debtors and creditors file
• Handle activities in accounts receivable and payable
• Preparation of documents for auditing purposes
