Job Description

Responsibilities:



To attend banking matters including booking forex contract and etc. To prepare and send weekly reports To perform intercompany reconciliation To prepare monthly sales commission To assist with preparation of sales and service tax To post accounting journals. To prepare/review bank reconciliation & resolve outstanding items. To liaise with auditors during year end audit. Ensure proper filing of records, any other ad-hoc task, duties/job rotation when required.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree possess at least in Accountancy or equivalent. At least THREE years of related working experience is required. Experience in using AutoCount software would be an advantage. Must know accounting DOUBLE ENTRY well Proficient in of Microsoft Office. Good analytical skill, interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work on alternate Saturdays (Half Day). Able to speak and read Mandarin as advantage.
