Responsibilities:

Account data entry and filing.
Coordinating & liaise with other departments.
Prepare and co-ordinate payments to suppliers, subcontractors, authorities and etc.
Preparation of bank reconciliation, debtor/creditor reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation and etc.
Assist Senior Accounts Executive in preparation of full set management and financial accounts.
To ensure compliance of SOPP- General Account Policies (GAP), Companies Act, Income Tax Act.
Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.

Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree of Finance/ Accounting or equivalent.
Have at least 1 years experiences in accounting role.
Candidate with experience in full set account.
The candidate has experience in construction and civil engineering field are added as advantage.
Well-versed in using Microsoft Office and Accounting system.
Good written and verbal communication skill.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate with ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantages.
Positive attitude, result-oriented and trustworthy.
Possess own transport and willing to work at Sri Damansara.
