Are you a numbers enthusiast with a sharp eye for detail? Do you enjoy keeping things in order and making sense of figures? We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Accounts Executive to join our energetic team!
Who We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - we're committed to providing training and support.
• Strong team player who can also work independently under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel - especially functions like: IF, CONCATENATE, FILTER, VLOOKUP / INDEX & MATCH, data sorting and conditional formatting
• Familiarity with AutoCount is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. (Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency is a bonus, especially when dealing with stakeholders in China and Hong Kong.)
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:

• Take charge of daily accounting tasks - including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), bank reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closingsto support internal management reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
• Keep financial documents organized to meet audit and statutory compliance.
• Work closely with internal teamsand external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial processes.
• Handle staff claims.
• Manage inter-company transactions such as stock requests, invoicing, transfers, and supporting documentation.
