We are looking for an energetic and innovative new team member to join us as Accounts Executive. You are responsible on daily administration/accounting activities and transactions:
1. Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Business Management.
2. Preferably with 2 years of working experience in Property Management.
3. Carrying out day - to - day management of office and building environment.
4. Carrying out general administration duties including but not limited to handling full set of account, paper work, filing and preparation of report / invoices / receipts, sending reminder to the defaulters, generate billing and collection of Service Charges, Sinking Fund, etc.
5. Maintain timely and accurate input of information in the accounting system.
6. Update collection reports - ensure all daily collection are recorded, updated and banked in to bank accordingly.
7. Maintain filing and proper documentation.
8. To prepare account related documents and report from accounting system, processing of payments, filling etc.
9. Attending incoming enquiries and complaints from Owners/Residents.
10. Identifies and handle Owners/Residents enquiry completely and accurately.
11. Office procurement - liaising with preferred suppliers (i.e. stationeries, pantry supply) and ensuring service and cost are at appropriate levels.
12. Providing office and building management, administrative and accounts support to the office in general and assisting in additional ad hoc duties that may occur from time to time.
13. Familiarity with the Advelsoft Property Management System (PMS) is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
