We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible

Account Executive

to support our finance and accounts department. The role involves assisting in day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial records, and ensuring accuracy in documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to grow their career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in handling daily accounting operations. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documents. Support in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts. Perform data entry and ensure timely updates of accounting systems. Assist in month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and reports. Ensure proper filing of accounting documents. Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounts department. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and other departments when necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided). Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an added advantage. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
