Job Description

:

Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and audit processes. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Process payments, invoices, claims, and staff reimbursements accurately and timely. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other relevant parties. Support management in financial analysis for decision making (e.g., profitability, cost control, variance analysis). Implement and maintain proper financial policies, internal controls, and procedures. Assist in any ad-hoc finance projects and tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance. Fresh graduates with strong knowledge may be considered for junior roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks). Strong knowledge of accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and taxation. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
