Job Description

Handle the full set of accounts and ensure timely monthly closing. Support daily accounting operations and assist in month-end closing activities. Monitor and manage the company's financial activities, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). Prepare bank reconciliations and other relevant account reconciliations. Manage general ledger entries and journal postings, and liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers. Provide accurate and up-to-date financial information and reports when required. Maintain detailed records of the company's financial transactions and assets. This includes: Recording and indexing purchases. Tracking and updating fixed assets. Monitoring payments received, outstanding invoices, and pending payments.

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (e.g., general ledger, AR/AP, bank reconciliation). Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
