Job Description

:

Handle the full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Ensure all accounting activities comply with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and audit standards. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business planning. Process payments, invoices, claims, and staff reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external stakeholders. Provide financial analysis and insights to support management in decision-making (e.g., profitability, cost control, variance analysis). Implement and maintain effective financial policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures. Assist with ad-hoc finance projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
Fresh graduates with strong academic knowledge may be considered for junior positions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. Proficient in accounting software such as SQL, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks. Strong understanding of accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and taxation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
