Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts independently, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation. Prepare invoices, verify supplier bills, and check job costing for freight and logistics transactions. Manage month-end closing, financial statements, and cash flow reporting. Follow up on collections and ensure timely supplier and agent payments. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Support and guide junior team members when needed. Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field. Minimum 3-4 years' hands-on accounting experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics. Strong knowledge of full set accounts and month-end closing. Proficient in accounting software (SQL). Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
