Accounts Executive (mandarin Speaking)

Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting or its equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications especially Words and Excel.
- Experience in using LN system will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year audit or accounting experience
- Experience in handling treasury, petty cash, AP, AR, GL and taxation will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Have good interpersonal skills and good working attitude
- Willing to learn and able to work independently
- Prepare full set of accounts and monthly management report
- Prepare journal vouchers
- Process invoice and prepare payments
- Assist in preparing product costing
- Update P.O. and delivery expenses report
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager when required and/or deemed necessary
- Annual leave, medical and hospitalization leave
- Group Personal Accident, Hospital & Surgical Insurance
- Statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO & PCB)
