• Achieve at least bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting and payroll.
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) due to client requirements.
• Familiar with SQL Accounting and/or Auto Count software.
• Aggressive and committed to work.
• Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Confident in dealing with clients and providing financial advisory support.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
• Must have own transport.
• This is an outsourced accountant position.

Responsibilities

• To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
• To handle two accounts system.
• To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection.
• To submit management report as per dateline.
• To update monthly ageing report.
• To assists superior as when required.
• To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
• Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
