Job Description

Record and analyze financial data:

Recording daily transactions, such as revenue and expenses, and analyzing financial data to assess a company's performance.

Prepare financial statements:

Creating key financial documents like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Manage accounts payable and receivable:

Handling invoices, processing payments, tracking expenses, and managing client billing and collections.

Ensure compliance:

Verifying that all financial activities comply with relevant government rules, regulations, and tax laws.

Reconcile accounts:

Comparing different sets of records, such as bank statements, to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Auditing:

Participating in internal or external audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Payroll and expenses:

Managing payroll and overseeing the tracking of company expenses.

Process improvement:

Identifying errors and suggesting ways to improve efficiency and spending, and recommending modifications to accounting systems.

Reporting:

Producing and presenting error-free accounting reports to management.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
