About the job Accounts Executive
Company Background:
Our client is a well-established Palm Oil Mill company, looking for Accounts Executive to join their team, based at Kubu Gajah, Perak.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage internal company transactions, accruals, and fixed asset records
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and relevant authorities
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and year-end closing activities
- Provide financial insights and ad-hoc reporting to support management decisions
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (LCCI qualification is an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years experience in full set of accounts
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, MYOB, Xero) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Housing Allowance provided
- Annual Leaves: 21 days
- Outpatient covered for staff and their familiy
- Salary up to RM 4,200
