At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably in the property management industry
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in SQL & Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, accurate & able to work independently or in a team

Record and process invoices accurately in SQL accounting system
Monitor payments & follow up on overdue accounts
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Handle billing/payment disputes professionally
Prepare monthly sales & ageing reports
Liaise with auditors & maintain proper records
Perform any other duties assigned by manager
