The National Autism Society of Malaysia (NASOM) is a society formed in 1987 by a group of parents and professionals with the aim to deliver lifespan services to the community of persons suffering from autism.

Accounts Assistant

in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Support account receivables - Prepare and key in invoice, debit note and credit note, billings, collection report and ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries.

Performing monthly reconciliation to customers' statement.

Responds to inquiries from customer and internal department concern regarding billing and collection.

Manage proper documentation and filling for record keeping.

General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments.

Assist in monthly financial closing and yearly audit.

To carry out such duties and job functions as may be assigned to you from time to time by the manager and such duties are not necessarily limited to the above title and responsibilities, and may be subject to changes.

JOB REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum SPM with 3 credits, STPM or equivalent.

Candidate with related working experiences will be given priority.

Exhibit good teamwork and good working attitude.

A team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision.

Good knowledge in MS Office software, SAGE 300 / ACPAC or equivalent.
