As a network integrator in the field, our clients provides and offers a full range of IT Infrastructure services, from design, planning to execute technological consulting, assisting in project establishment and customization, as well as ongoing maintenance operation supports. Our client holds specialization in integrated Unified Voice & Data Communication, Network Security, and Wireless Mobility in the field of cloud-computing to enhance business communications, business efficiency, and lower operating costs.

Job Responsibilities:

• \xef\xbb\xbfHandling of company full set of accounts, including bank reconciliation.
• Maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (i.e., disbursements, expenses vouchers, receipts, account payable/receivable etc.)
• Assisting in filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, invoices, cash flow statements, etc.
• Working with internal and external accounting software.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent and bankers.
• Maintaining billing system, and payment from clients.
• Making sure clients\' payment are on schedule within the term period.
• To perform any duties or tasks as assigned by the
• Management as and when required.
• Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintaining proper filing and recording system.

Job Requirements:

• \xef\xbb\xbfAt least a Diploma/LCCI, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelors degree in accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification in Accountancy/Finance
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, high level of integrity and able to work independently.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Experience in SQL accounting will be an advantage.

Remuneration:

RM 3,000 - RM 4,000
